Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used items.
To start a return, please contact us at support@biohealing.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will guide you on how to return the item and get a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized or custom products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Please note: No refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
