Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us atsupport@biohealing.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Note that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been used. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us on the day of receipt. As stated above, returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@biohealing.com.au
